How to Start a Home Care Franchise

An estimated 80 million seniors will be living in the United States by the year 2050. In response, the in-home senior care franchise industry has been rapidly growing by 6.6% every year.

There has never been a better time to start a home care franchise and provide trustworthy in-home care for your community.

How to Start a Home Care Franchise with HomeSpark

HomeSparks’s franchising opportunity will give you a mission worth caring about. Our time-tested business model offers revenue streams from flexible service offerings, and we have a strong and trusted brand image.

Caring for others is at the core of our company culture and everything we do. We provide first-class in-home care with honor, compassion, and dignity and hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards for clients, team members, and franchise owners alike.

Here are 6 steps to learn how to start a home care franchise.

1. Introductory Call

The process of starting a home care franchise begins with a conversation with our knowledgeable Franchise Development staff.

When a potential franchisee fills out the interest form, the HomeSpark team will reach out and schedule a general introductory call to determine whether or not someone is a good fit to start a home care franchise.

This call will last 15 to 20 minutes, and you will be given more information in the form of an FAQ Brochure, a Candidate Questionnaire, and a Process Map to read before the next step of the franchising process.

2. Concept Overview

The next step in starting a home care franchise with HomeSpark is to thoroughly go over the roles and responsibilities of the franchisor and the franchisee with our resource team.

This will be done in a 45-to-60-minute virtual call and is an opportunity to discuss the relationship between your HomeSpark home care business and our team.

3. FDD Overview

The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be reviewed on a 45-to-60-minute virtual call with our team. During this meeting, we can provide answers to any questions you have.

4. Life Cycle of a HomeSpark Agency

The next step in owning a home care franchise is to discuss the process of opening your HomeSpark business with the support of our Franchise Development Team.

Once again, you will have the opportunity to meet virtually for 45-60 minutes and can begin the financing process.

5. Discovery Day

Discovery Day is a critical step in the process of learning how to start a home care franchise. You will be able to spend 6 hours in person at our Franchise Resource Center to meet our team, ask questions, and ultimately determine if this is a good fit for you.

6. Closing Day

The final step in starting your HomeSpark in-home care business and creating a rewarding career for yourself is on Closing Day.

The Franchise Agreement Form will be signed on-site at our Franchise Resource Center, and you will officially join the HomeSpark team!
